Friends, fans, family, countrymen...
It is with sadness and pride that we announce the second great split of 2005. Brad Pitt and
Jennifer Aniston have decided to go their separate ways, and so have the sundry members of
Marlon Spike.
Due to creative, artistic, demographic, and geological differences, the four of
us have decided to make an amicable, supportive split.
The past five and half years have been great ones for us. We've had a lot
of fun playing lots of shows and recording some uniquely excellent
music. (Please permit our self-indulgent pats-on-our-own-backs... the band is, after all, no more.)
Perhaps more importantly, we've always been great friends with each other.
We are humbled by and grateful for everyone's support over the years. We all feel that we accomplished a
lot, learned even more, and met a lot of great people and bands along the way.
